ADAS, digital cockpit, on-board chargers, DC-DC and BMS designs need components that survive −40 °C winters, 125 °C under-hood summers and a decade of vibration. Our one-piece construction is built for exactly that.
A co-fired or molded one-piece body has no wire bobbin, no adhesive layer and nothing to work loose. Under vibration and thermal cycling — the two killers of wound automotive magnetics — the part behaves as a single solid object. That mechanical story, combined with the soft-saturation behavior of alloy-powder cores, is why one-piece inductors have become the default in automotive DC-DC stages.
Our automotive program targets AEC-Q200 stress-test qualification across temperature cycling, humidity bias, mechanical shock, vibration and soldering-heat tests, with an operating temperature range of −40 °C to +125 °C. Qualification status is series-dependent — contact our team for the current test report package, and for PPAP documentation support on design wins.
We support automotive customers with per-project engineering: custom inductance values, terminal configurations to survive board flex, and documentation aligned to your quality requirements. Send your schematic and environment profile to start the conversation.
